Odpadov\u00e9 vody predstavuj\u00fa unik\u00e1tny informa\u010dn\u00fd zdroj umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00faci identifikova\u0165 trendy vo verejnom zdrav\u00ed, detekova\u0165 pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 patog\u00e9nov, sledova\u0165 zne\u010distenie \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia a odha\u013eova\u0165 neleg\u00e1lne \u010dinnosti, ako s\u00fa v\u00fdroba drog \u010di vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165anie toxick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok. Projekt je realizovan\u00fd konzorciom siedmych subjektov pod veden\u00edm Univerzity sv. Cyrila a Metoda v Trnave a prep\u00e1ja komplement\u00e1rne \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 interdisciplin\u00e1rne v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 t\u00edmy zo \u0161t\u00e1tneho, verejn\u00e9ho a s\u00fakromn\u00e9ho sektora. Implement\u00e1cia projektu je zabezpe\u010den\u00e1 prostredn\u00edctvom \u00f4smych aktiv\u00edt. Neoddelite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou projektu je systematick\u00e1 anal\u00fdza odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d v r\u00f4znych regi\u00f3noch Slovenska so zameran\u00edm na ve\u013ek\u00e9 mestsk\u00e9 aglomer\u00e1cie a vybran\u00e9 bodov\u00e9 zdroje zne\u010distenia. V\u00fdskum sa s\u00fastred\u00ed na detekciu biomarkerov ochoren\u00ed, ako s\u00fa v\u00edrusov\u00e9 a bakteri\u00e1lne infekcie a civiliza\u010dn\u00e9 choroby. S\u00fa\u010dasne bude realizovan\u00e9 monitorovanie palety mikropolutantov za \u00fa\u010delom kvalifikovania a kvantifikovania ich vplyvu na environment\u00e1lnu bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a verejn\u00e9 zdravie. Projekt vyu\u017eije n\u00e1stroje na b\u00e1ze umelej inteligencie (AI) a SMART senzorov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie na spracovanie a vizualiz\u00e1ciu z\u00edskan\u00fdch \u00fadajov. Medzi hlavn\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy projektu patria: platforma SEWAGE MIND, ktor\u00e1 umo\u017en\u00ed v\u010dasn\u00fa detekciu environment\u00e1lnych a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch hrozieb; CitySenseAI, virtu\u00e1lny model miest pre komplexn\u00fa anal\u00fdzu zne\u010distenia; a DATA-KOCKA, NxN datab\u00e1za sp\u00e1jaj\u00faca d\u00e1ta z odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d s extern\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edckymi a environment\u00e1lnymi datab\u00e1zami. Mesta realiz\u00e1cie: projekt bude realizovan\u00fd v priestoroch partnerov v mest\u00e1ch Bratislava, Trnava a Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161 a v obci \u0160pa\u010dince.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt WATCH predstavuje prelomov\u00fd pr\u00edstup v oblasti verejn\u00e9ho zdravia a ochrany \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia, pri\u010dom jeho v\u00fdsledky m\u00f4\u017eu v\u00fdrazne prispie\u0165 k prevencii \u0161\u00edrenia infek\u010dn\u00fdch chor\u00f4b, boju proti ileg\u00e1lnym \u010dinnostiam a optimaliz\u00e1cii environment\u00e1lnych opatren\u00ed. Hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom projektu je vytvori\u0165 udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fa a interdisciplin\u00e1rnu vedecko-v\u00fdskumn\u00fa platformu, tematicky zameran\u00fa na v\u00fdvoj, testovanie a implement\u00e1ciu komplexn\u00fdch n\u00e1strojov na neinvaz\u00edvne monitorovanie a ochranu verejn\u00e9ho zdravia, environment\u00e1lnej bezpe\u010dnosti a na podporu rozhodovac\u00edch procesov v oblasti zdravotn\u00edckej a environment\u00e1lnej politiky. Z h\u013eadiska vecn\u00e9ho zamerania projekt pon\u00faka inovat\u00edvne digit\u00e1lne n\u00e1stroje pre neinvaz\u00edne monitorovanie, v\u010dasn\u00fa detekciu a rozhodovanie v oblastiach: 1. Environment\u00e1lna bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 \u2013 \u0161pecificky d\u00f4raz je kladen\u00fd na stav kvality \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia s oh\u013eadom na bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a ochranu majetku a zdravia obyvate\u013eov. Monitoring odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d a ovzdu\u0161ia bude zameran\u00fd na kvantifik\u00e1ciu vybran\u00fdch mikropolutantov, konkr\u00e9tne: pestic\u00eddov, 2. Verejn\u00e9 zdravie \u2013 \u0161pecificky sa projekt s\u00fastred\u00ed na oblas\u0165 epidemiol\u00f3gie infek\u010dn\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed, civiliza\u010dn\u00e9 choroby a \u017eivotn\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fdly obyvate\u013eov (u\u017e\u00edvanie kofe\u00ednu, alokoholu a drog). Hlavn\u00fd cie\u013e projektu bude naplnen\u00fd prostredn\u00edctvom integrovan\u00e9ho monitorovania odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d (Wastewater- Based Epidemiology), technologick\u00fdch inov\u00e1ci\u00ed vo forme nov\u00fdch senzorick\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov a LIDAR meran\u00ed ovzdu\u0161ia, ako aj vybudovan\u00edm AI a big data platformy na predikciu trendov v zdravotn\u00edckej a environment\u00e1lnej oblasti. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee projekt systematicky zav\u00e1dza pravideln\u00e9 odbery a anal\u00fdzu vzoriek odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d s cie\u013eom identifikova\u0165 pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 patog\u00e9nov, rezistentn\u00fdch kme\u0148ov bakt\u00e9ri\u00ed, mikropolutantov \u010di drogov\u00fdch rez\u00eddu\u00ed, pri\u010dom tieto inform\u00e1cie sa prepoja s doplnkov\u00fdmi datab\u00e1zami o soci\u00e1lnych, demografick\u00fdch a zdravotn\u00fdch ukazovate\u013eoch, aby bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u00edska\u0165 ucelen\u00fd obraz o stave komunitn\u00e9ho zdravia a environment\u00e1lneho za\u0165a\u017eenia v danej lokalite. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou tohto pr\u00edstupu je v\u00fdvoj a pilotn\u00e9 overenie inovat\u00edvnych technologick\u00fdch rie\u0161en\u00ed vr\u00e1tane mobiln\u00e9ho membr\u00e1nov\u00e9ho separ\u00e1tora na efekt\u00edvny zber a koncentr\u00e1ciu vzoriek, ako aj adaptovan\u00e9ho LIDAR syst\u00e9mu schopn\u00e9ho monitorova\u0165 kvalitu ovzdu\u0161ia a detegova\u0165 v \u0148om pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok. Napojen\u00edm v\u00fdsledn\u00fdch d\u00e1t na metodiky umelej inteligencie a spracovania ve\u013ek\u00fdch d\u00e1t mo\u017eno dosiahnu\u0165 zv\u00fd\u0161enie presnosti a ur\u00fdchlenie vyhodnocovania trendov v rozvoji chor\u00f4b, \u0161\u00edrenia rezistencie alebo v\u00fdskytu neleg\u00e1lnych aktiv\u00edt. S\u00fabe\u017ene s t\u00fdm sa vytv\u00e1ra virtu\u00e1lne prostredie, do ktor\u00e9ho sa v re\u00e1lnom \u010dase pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa \u00fadaje o stave ovzdu\u0161ia a v\u00fdsledky anal\u00fdz odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d, \u010d\u00edm vznik\u00e1 digit\u00e1lne dvoj\u010da mesta. Pomocou neho m\u00f4\u017eu samospr\u00e1vy a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 zlo\u017eky v\u010das reagova\u0165 na sign\u00e1ly hroziacej epid\u00e9mie, rozv\u00edjaj\u00facej sa rezistencie \u010di dokonca neleg\u00e1lnej v\u00fdroby drog. Takto pon\u00edman\u00fd hlavn\u00fd cie\u013e priamo podporuje z\u00e1mer v\u00fdzvy, ktor\u00e1 vy\u017eaduje prepojenie inovat\u00edvnych pr\u00edstupov, modern\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed a d\u00e1tovej integr\u00e1cie v dom\u00e9ne \u201cDigit\u00e1lna transform\u00e1cia\u201d. Projekt sa zameriava na rozvoj digit\u00e1lnych rie\u0161en\u00ed s konkr\u00e9tnym presahom do praxe, preto\u017ee jeho aktivity sp\u00e1jaj\u00fa univerzity, v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 in\u0161tit\u00facie, samospr\u00e1vy aj s\u00fakromn\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti. T\u00fdm sa podstatne zvy\u0161uje \u0161anca, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky neostan\u00fa len v akademickej rovine, ale bud\u00fa re\u00e1lne vyu\u017eite\u013en\u00e9 v ka\u017edodenn\u00fdch rozhodovac\u00edch procesoch zdravotn\u00edckych a samospr\u00e1vnych org\u00e1nov. V\u00fdsledkom by mala by\u0165 kvalitnej\u0161ia prevencia, skr\u00edning a reakcia na r\u00f4zne v\u00fdzvy spojen\u00e9 s infek\u010dn\u00fdmi a neinfek\u010dn\u00fdmi chorobami, environment\u00e1lnymi rizikami \u010di neleg\u00e1lnymi aktivitami. Z\u00e1sadnou \u010drtou projektu je aj jeho d\u00f4raz na otvoren\u00fa vedu a zdie\u013eanie d\u00e1t, ktor\u00e9 zabezpe\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee relevantn\u00e9 in\u0161tit\u00facie bud\u00fa ma\u0165 k dispoz\u00edcii v\u0161etky potrebn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie vo vhodnej d\u00e1tovej \u0161trukt\u00fare a re\u00e1lnom \u010dase. Jeho \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e1 realiz\u00e1cia by v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku mala vies\u0165 k siln\u00e9mu inova\u010dn\u00e9mu impulzu v oblasti environment\u00e1lneho monitorovania a ochrany verejn\u00e9ho zdravia, k zlep\u0161eniu pr\u00edstupu k r\u00fdchlym diagnostick\u00fdm n\u00e1strojom, k vy\u0161\u0161ej citlivosti zdravotn\u00edckych syst\u00e9mov vo\u010di v\u00fdskytu civiliza\u010dn\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed a rezistentn\u00fdch patog\u00e9nov a k lep\u0161ej pripravenosti bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fdch zlo\u017eiek na prevenciu neleg\u00e1lnych \u010dinnost\u00ed.
